About the course
AI Governance in Law: UAE certifies, by examination, a lawyer's ability to govern AI use in UAE practice. Across five units and nineteen lessons it covers the UAE AI-in-law map and its four regulatory layers, the onshore professional duties, court-facing use across onshore Dubai courts, the DIFC, and the ADGM, the data rules that apply when client information passes through an AI system, and the practice questions of automated contracting, copyright, and the client's own regulator, closing with a firm-level AI governance workflow. It is built for practising lawyers and in-house counsel in the UAE and assumes no technical background. Completing the course and passing the examination earns the Solari Institute certificate and a verifiable digital credential. On completion you receive course code TC-2026-825-2102 with your certificate; file it with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department to claim your 4 CLPD points.
