AI Governance in Law (AGL) is the Solari Institute's professional certification for practicing lawyers who use AI, supervise people who use it, or answer for its output. Each credential is built on the law of one jurisdiction: how AI systems work and fail, the professional responsibility rules that govern their use, governance inside the firm, the regulatory instruments in force, ownership and privilege in AI work product, and court-facing use. AI Governance in Law: United States is the national core, with a California Endorsement for California practitioners. AI Governance in Law: UAE is an accredited CLPD course of the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (provider TC-2026-825, course code TC-2026-825-2102) carrying 4 CLPD points, covering onshore Dubai courts, the DIFC, and the ADGM. Every credential closes with an examination; a score of 75 percent passes. Successful candidates receive the Solari Institute certificate and a verifiable digital credential.
